WELCOME TO Red Team Concepts
Hello, my name is Peter Morgan, the founder and Director of RED TEAM CONCEPTS. I retired as an Assistant Commissioner after serving for over 33 years in the Hong Kong Police, with numerous front-line command positions including as a Police Tactical Unit (PTU) and Emergency Unit (EU) Company Commander, as well as Divisional, District and Deputy Regional Commander postings. I am a regular international speaker, trainer, consultant, advisor and coach specialising in High Performance Leadership, Crisis Management, Communication, Presentation and Negotiation skills.
Throughout my service, I have helped many people, both from inside and outside the Police, to practice and prepare for the Extended Interview (EI) and Final Interview Board (FIB), as well as throughout their policing career.
As the Acting Commandant of the Police Training School (now the Foundation Training Centre), I regularly Chaired the FIB and was a regular observer for many of the EI management and leadership exercises.
Having been a Divisional, District and Deputy Regional Commander, I am well aware of what is expected of Police Inspectors once they pass out from the Foundation Training Centre and can help you
As the Commander of the Police Hostage and Crisis Negotiation Unit (HCNU) for 12 years and a hostage and crisis negotiator for 24 years, I have considerable experience and expertise in advanced presentation, body language and communication skills - all critical elements if you want to be successful during the selection process.
I started RED TEAM CONCEPTS to help provide support, guidance and coaching for anyone wishing to become a Police Inspector or, as they journey, at whatever level, through their Police career.
